Pricing, answered
Is AI usage included in my plan?
No. Plans cover the Rixi platform. With your own provider keys, your providers bill you directly. Open-source models through Rixi are billed by usage from your prepaid balance.
Who pays when my users buy credits?
Your users do, through your own Stripe account. You set the prices and keep what they pay. Their purchases never appear on your Rixi bill.
Do I need a prepaid balance?
Only for open-source models you run through Rixi. If every feature uses your own provider keys, you don't need one.
Does Rixi take a share of credit sales?
No. Payments go to your Stripe account and stay there. The Console shows the AI cost behind each purchase, so you can see your margin.
Are embedded components on every plan?
They start on Growth. On Starter you can use hosted pages and the API.
What does Enterprise add?
A custom user limit, volume and support, agreed with you. Talk to us to start.
