Who we are
This website, rixi.io, is run by Rixi, operated by Amr, in the United States. In this policy, "Rixi", "we" and "us" mean that operator. If you have a question or a request about your data, email privacy@rixi.io.
This policy covers this website and its two forms. The Rixi product will have its own terms and data processing agreement when it launches.
What we collect
When you fill in a form
| Form | What you send us |
|---|---|
| Get early access | Name, work email, company, and your role and AI stage. Optionally your company website, number of users, monthly AI spend, what you'd use Rixi for, the plan you're considering and a note. |
| Talk to us | Name, work email, company, the topic and your message. |
With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address and the country it points to. We use these to stop spam and abuse.
When you browse
- Spam check. When you open a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using it. Cloudflare processes signals from your browser to do this.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and errors, to keep the site running and secure.
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to contact you about early access to Rixi.
- To send you an automatic confirmation when you join the early access list.
- To understand which companies are interested in Rixi, so we can plan the product.
- To keep the website and forms secure and free of spam.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. If you're in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent when you send a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.
Who processes it for us
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Stores form submissions and contacts, and sends our emails about early access. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website, keeps a backup copy of form submissions, runs the spam check and counts visits. |
| Hosts our email (Google Workspace) and serves the website's fonts. |
These providers process data on our behalf, mainly in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while we're in touch with you about Rixi, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices and rights
- Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
- See, correct or delete your data. Email privacy@rixi.io from the address you used and we'll respond within 30 days.
- California residents have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about them, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We don't sell or share personal information.
- EU and UK residents also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to their local data protection authority.
Security
Form data travels over HTTPS and is stored with the providers listed above, behind access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, through the forms.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also email people on the early access list.
